Cacao Nib & Chia Energy Balls
- ½ cup of shredded unsweetened coconut
- ½ cup of Chia seeds
- ½ cup of Raw Cacao Nibs
- ½ cup of Almond Butter
- 2 tbs of honey
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Simply throw all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Place in fridge for about 30 minutes then roll into small tablespoon size balls. Store energy balls in an airtight container and keep in your fridge for up to a week.
